Carmina Burana with Opera at Florham
Our special appearance with Opera at Florham features our own Garyth Nair conducting the two piano and percussion version of this exciting masterwork by Carl Orff, with guest soloists Vicky Fisk, soprano, Jeffrey Woodard, tenor, and Eric Thomas, baritone, of Opera at Florham, Dr. David Reeves, Artistic Director, and dancers from the New Jersey Dance Theater Ensemble, Nancy Turano, Artistic Director and Choreographer.

Brahms at Drew: A Centennial Celebration
The Women of Summit Chorale will be making a guest appearance at the Wednesday program and repeating a recent performance of Brahms' Vier Gesange (Four Songs) with harp and horns. Programs include lectures. Reception follows the Thursday program. Call Drew University Humanities Program for more information.

Annual Community Messiah Sing
Now in it's 10th year! Help us (and each other) sing excerpts from Handel's masterpiece ... always fun for everyone in attendance. This year we're featuring Penna Rose and Garyth Nair as conductors and Jim Little behind the organ console. Admission is free (donations are accepted) and scores can be borrowed for a $2.00 refundable deposit. This event is co-sponsored by Central Presbyterian Church.

Aspects of Spring with music from the Middle Ages to today. Includes works by Morley, Brahms, Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, a surprising choral version of Rimsky-Korsakov's Flight of the Bumblebee, and the spring-related Cour D'Amours (Court of Love) section of Orff's Carmina Burana.
